Overcoming Confusion and Building Confidence

I’ve struggled with doubt as an entrepreneur, and just as an overall person. I've had moments filled with confusion, It's tough trying to build something meaningful when you're not always sure of yourself.

One thing that keeps coming back to me is the difference between what I know and what I feel. Sometimes, I'll feel like God isn't listening to me, but I know better. I believe that He hears me and wants good things for me (see Romans 8:28).

In the times when my confidence is weak, I try to turn to God's Word for guidance. You can find wisdom and reassurance there. His word is a rock I can lean on when things get shaky.

It's okay to feel lost sometimes. We're all human. Instead of beating ourselves up for it, we should embrace our vulnerability. That's where we find strength. Whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed, I hold onto a couple of verses from the Bible:

  1. Romans 8:31 - "What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" This is my favorite verse.

  2. Psalm 46:10 - "He says, “ Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." This verse tells me to take a breath, be patient and trust in God's plan. Know that everything will be okay.
